뇌·척추질환의 전문적인 수술 치료
강동성심병원 신경외과는 뇌와 척수, 말초신경에서 발생하는 다양한 질환에 대해 수술적 치료를 중심으로 전문 진료를 시행합니다. 뇌혈관질환과 뇌종양을 비롯해 척추디스크·척추관협착증·척추종양, 두부 및 척추외상 등 다양한 신경외과 질환을 진료하며 환자의 상태와 질환의 특성에 맞는 치료방법을 결정합니다.
뇌동맥류부터 모야모야병까지 뇌혈관질환 전문 치료
뇌동맥류, 뇌동정맥기형, 뇌혈관협착, 경동맥협착, 모야모야병 등 다양한 뇌혈관질환에 대해 수술과 혈관 내 중재치료를 시행합니다. 환자의 뇌혈관 상태와 병변의 위치·형태를 종합적으로 평가하여 수술적 치료와 중재시술 가운데 적절한 치료방법을 선택합니다.
수술과 중재시술을 연결하는 하이브리드 치료
강동성심병원 신경외과는 수술과 혈관중재시술을 한 공간에서 연계할 수 있는 하이브리드 수술시스템을 활용하여 뇌혈관질환을 치료하고 있습니다. 특히 뇌동맥류와 뇌동정맥기형 등 복잡한 뇌혈관질환에서 환자의 상태에 따라 수술과 중재적 치료를 유기적으로 적용할 수 있으며, 치료 과정에서 필요한 영상 확인과 추가 처치로 신속하게 연계할 수 있습니다.
현미경·네비게이션시스템을 활용한 뇌종양 수술
뇌종양 환자에 대해 수술현미경을 이용한 미세수술과 네비게이션시스템을 활용한 수술적 치료를 시행합니다. 종양의 위치와 주변 신경·혈관 구조를 고려하여 수술계획을 수립하고, 정상 신경조직을 최대한 보존하면서 병변을 치료하는 것을 목표로 합니다.
척추질환과 척추외상의 전문 치료
척추디스크와 척추관협착증을 비롯해 척추종양, 척추기형, 척추외상 등 다양한 척추질환에 대한 전문적인 진단과 수술 치료를 시행합니다. 통증과 신경학적 증상, 영상검사 결과 등을 종합적으로 평가하여 수술이 필요한 환자에게 적절한 치료방법을 제공합니다.

✔ 검사에서 뇌동맥류나 뇌혈관협착 등 뇌혈관 이상이 발견된 경우
